This Web site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current.  Belle Fine Favors therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. The placing an order and your receipt of an order confirmation do not constitute final acceptance of an order. Though rare, your order, or any portion thereof, may be declined even after your receipt of an order confirmation. We will notify you of any such cancellation.  We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have a question about a price that seems incorrect please inform us so we can investigate and fix the problem.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused shipping or product availability.

All orders placed using a credit card will be packed within 1 to 5 business days. UPS delivery time is between 1 and 5 additional business days depending on your location. If you need your wedding favors or favors sooner we also offer 3 day select, 2nd day air and overnight shipping. Shipping prices on heavy items may be slightly higher. If this is the case we will let you know right away before the order is shipped. For exact shipping charges on rush orders, please telephone customer service at 1-800-420-4334.

If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it to us for a refund. Orders must be returned to us within 10 days of your receipt of the items. Returns must be unused.  Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and we do not refund shipping costs. Orders that are cancelled before shipping may be subject to a 5% processing charge.
